How Our Pelvic Floor Therapy Works

The pelvic floor supports your bladder, bowel, and pelvic organs while working closely with your core, hips, and breathing muscles.

We evaluate your symptoms, strength, mobility, breathing, and movement patterns to understand what may be contributing to your concerns.

Treatment may include strengthening, relaxation exercises, breathing strategies, core training, mobility work, and movement retraining.

We may also incorporate Manual Therapy when muscle or soft-tissue restrictions contribute to your symptoms.

Our goal is better coordination throughout your body so you can move with greater control, comfort, and confidence.
