Dr. Tim Hughes graduated from Snow College in 2014 with his Associates of Science and from SUU in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science. He attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. While finishing his doctorate he completed an internship with the United States Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. He worked with active-duty military members, veterans, and the Combat Control special forces unit.

Tim went on to work in a hospital setting in a rural community where he got experience in acute care, ICU, COVID units, schools, and outpatient orthopedics.

Tim is married to the love of his life, Stephanie, and they have 5 beautiful girls. They are the center of his world and inspire him to continue making progress in all areas of his life.

Cayson grew up on a farm in Minersville, Utah. After graduating from Beaver High School, he served a mission for his church in Orlando, Florida. Cedar City became home to Cayson while he attended SUU. It was here that he met his wife, Samantha, who truly is his better half. Upon graduating from SUU with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, he went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions as top scholar.

Cayson’s hobbies including hunting, fishing, basketball, outdoors, and spending time with his wife and 2 children. Cayson’s passion for physical therapy comes from his joy in helping others not only free themselves from pain, but also to achieve their goals bettering their quality of life.

Nick grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He moved to Cedar City and graduated from Southern Utah University in 2019. He then continued his education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. While on his clinical internships, Nick became accustomed to treating acute work related injuries and helping his patients return to work as quickly as possible. Nick is currently working towards a certification in dry needling and has experience with the McKenzie Method of MDT. His passion lies in helping his patient get back to enjoying their hobbies without pain.

Nick met his wife Kaity while living in Southern Utah, and they have been married since 2019. They have a son, and enjoy all outdoor activities.

Daniel had a true Southern Utah upbringing which included lots of hiking and climbing the red rocks around Kanab. Physical therapy made a big impact on his early life as a wrestling athlete. So much so that he asked for an internship with a PT in his hometown as a teen and learned to love helping others heal. Years later, he graduated from the Dixie State University Physical Therapy Assistant program which included a clinical rotation in a neurological specialty unit. Daniel went on to work as a PTA in a Skilled Nursing facility and enjoyed his work there. Daniel and his wife, Madison have a son, a daughter and a Dog. All are grateful to be in Southern Utah for the proximity to family and outdoor adventures.

Mei Chian is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. She is dedicated to helping her patients improve their health and return to what they love doing. She believes in shared decision making with her patients and providing them with individualized care that is based on evidence-based practice. Originally from Singapore, Mei Chian relocated with her husband to Utah in 2020. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and became a Board-Certified Physical Therapist in 2024. From her professional training at the university, she brings with her a wealth of experience in treating a wide spectrum of patients, including but not limited to: individuals from the underserved community, pediatric patients with neurologic conditions, individuals in hospital acute care, patients with vestibular dysfunction and those undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation. Mei Chian is currently completing her residency for Advanced Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and a Master in Dance and Dance Education from New York University. Her extensive training as a professional dancer and dance educator adds immense depth to her understanding of movement and its impact on individual well-being. Outside of her clinical practice, Mei Chian performs with the professional dance company that she and her husband co-founded and direct in Cedar City. She loves to travel, hike, fish and camp with her husband. They currently reside in Cedar City with their furry, feline “kid”, Tiger.

Daniel grew up in the Ogden area of Northern Utah where he graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Therapy in 2016. In 2019 he graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Daniel practiced physical therapy in South Ogden in an outpatient orthopedic setting where he treated patients from the community, including athletes from WSU and many men and women serving our country at Hill Air Force Base. Daniel has a passion for helping people decrease their pain and improve their function to allow for a healthy and happy lifestyle.  While in Ogden he worked with many people, helping them return to running, work, and sport. Daniel and his beautiful wife Kristine have four children and enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and rock climbing.

Faith was born and raised in the South, growing up in the suburbs of Nashville, Tennessee. She studied at BYU and BYU–Idaho, and in 2019, she graduated from BYU-Idaho’s Physical Therapy Assistant program and completed her bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology at the same time. Faith discovered her passion for movement and wellness early in life. After personally experiencing pelvic floor issues, she found healing through pelvic floor physical therapy—and knew she wanted to help other women find the same relief. She earned her personal training certification along with a Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialization, and has worked with women through all stages of life—from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to strength and endurance training. She recently completed her doula certification and continues advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy to be as well-prepared as possible to support women in every season of life. In October 2025, Faith and her daughter relocated from Nashville to Cedar City. She is a single mom to a beautiful 3-year-old girl, and together they enjoy traveling, hiking, outdoor adventures, CrossFit, gardening, art, singing and dancing, and making healthy, delicious meals.
