Functional Movement Screening is effective for identifying limitations that impact movement quality and performance. Our physical therapists use this approach to address issues such as:
Functional Movement Screening is designed to evaluate how your body moves as a whole. Our physical therapists assess key movement patterns such as squatting, bending, reaching, and balancing to identify limitations or asymmetries.
This process helps pinpoint areas of weakness, restriction, or poor control that may lead to pain or injury. Based on your results, we create a personalized plan that focuses on improving movement quality and efficiency.
Treatment often includes targeted Therapeutic Exercises and corrective strategies to improve strength, mobility, and coordination. When needed, we incorporate Manual Therapy to address restrictions and support better movement.
Our focus is to help you build a strong foundation so your body can perform efficiently in both daily activities and higher-level performance.
Choosing the right provider for Functional Movement Screening can make a significant difference in your results. Our clinics focus on individualized care and practical strategies that translate directly into better movement.
